Every client, whether it's a personal or relationship issue, a small
business owner, student, home-maker, entrepreneur, artist, entertainer,
professional, executive or CEO of a Fortune 500 company in trouble, we
start with one or two CLARITY sessions to find out what’s REALLY going
on, and what is needed and/or desired to move forward beyond any
perceived blocks.
Once everyone is clear, a private or group FOCUSING session is held
where all the team players brainstorm, mind-map and vision ways to
create the desired changes. Agreements are made and a roadmap is
designed for achieving the desired results. Our job is to make
sure SMART goals are generated in alignment with personal goals and
stated mission.
When it's time for the individual or team to step into ACTION, we take
on the role of teacher, leader and personal, business or executive
coach. Our clients learn how to reach their goals with less effort
and more motivation; they are more productive, happier, healthier and
more alive through the behavior modification work we do, the lifestyle
